The London Youth Advisory Council or LYAC is a non-profit dedicated to youth empowerment through integrating youth voices into public policy decisions. It is an elected council comprised of 14 Youth Ward Councillors between the ages of 15 and 25.
The LYAC exists to ensure youth voices are represented in local policy debates. The 13 Councillors meet regularly to discuss, develop and debate policy as well as attending community events in order to represent and amplify youth voices on issues in London.
